Signing up for access is quick and the most convenient way to keep track of your account. To create your online access, visit our registration page, fill out the form and submit. Enter your information exactly as it appears on your OneMain welcome letter or any other OneMain correspondence. Account access is available to the borrower and/or cosigner.

If you got your personal or auto loan directly through a OneMain branch, OneMainFinancial.com or at a vehicle dealership:

• Pay online in your OneMain Financial account
• Pay by mail with a check made out to OneMain at the PO box listed on your statement
• Learn about all the ways you can pay—by branch, by phone or at a participating retailer

• Log in to your BrightWay mobile app or your online account

• Log in to your account here and pay with a checking or savings account or debit card (no credit cards are allowed)
• Set up recurring payments online to come automatically out of a checking or savings account
• Use your bank’s online bill pay service. (Make sure they don't charge a fee!)
• Mail payments for loans financed through a home improvement contractor to OneMain, PO BOX 845073, Dallas, TX 75284-5073 or call OneMain at (877) 218-4029.

You can view your billing statement by logging into your account and clicking Manage Account and then Account Documents. This will give you access to view all billing statements.

Your security is important to us. To ensure that your personal information stays safe, we utilize multi-factor authentication. The first time you log into your account from a new device or browser, you'll enter your username and password as usual. Then, you will be asked to enter a unique code that we will send to you via email. Check your email for the access code and enter it when requested.
